These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GorongolyBOT service ("the Service"), operated by GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GorongolyBOT is a software automation tool that monitors delivery network activity on behalf of authenticated users, sending SMS and voice notifications about subscription status, payments, and account access.
You must be at least 18 years old and lawfully able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and a valid mobile phone number for notifications, both of which must be verified during registration.
SMS and voice notifications are sent by GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC through our messaging provider, Twilio. SMS messages are transactional account notifications only — they include account access confirmations, payment confirmations, subscription expiration reminders, and offer alerts. No marketing or promotional content is sent via SMS.
By checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive SMS from GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: 1 to 5 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to resubscribe. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared, sold, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This messaging program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers.
Direct consent to our brand only: Your SMS consent is given directly and specifically to GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC for the GorongolyBOT SMS program described here. It is not bundled with, or conditioned on, your acceptance of any other agreement, product, service, promotion, or third-party offer. Your mobile opt-in data is not shared with, sold to, or bought by any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
How you opt in: During registration at gorongolybot.com you must (a) enter a valid mobile phone number, (b) verify ownership of that number by receiving and entering a one-time verification code sent by SMS, and (c) explicitly check a standalone SMS consent box agreeing to receive SMS from GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC. Before checking the box you must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and the IP address of the request.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. You will typically receive a verification message at sign-up, a confirmation message when a payment is processed, and a reminder message when your access is about to expire or has expired. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out. To re-subscribe, reply START or UNSTOP. You may also remove your phone number at any time in your account settings.
Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. For support you may also email admin@gorongolybot.com.
The Service is offered on a day-based access model: 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 28-day plans. Each payment grants access for the number of days purchased. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are calculated and collected via Stripe Tax where applicable.
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment if the Service has not been used to accept any offers in that period. To request a refund, contact admin@gorongolybot.com. Refunds for used access beyond the 48-hour window are issued at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or any third-party platform; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that offers will be available, accepted, or profitable. Your use of any third-party delivery platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and you assume all risk associated with such use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or earnings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GorongolyBOT and GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any specific delivery platform or gig economy service. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Service is an independent third-party tool. You are solely responsible for complying with any third-party platform's Terms of Service and any consequences arising from your use of automation tools, including account suspension, deactivation, or forfeiture of earnings.
You acknowledge that using automation tools in connection with any delivery platform may violate that platform's Terms of Service and could result in penalties including account suspension or permanent deactivation. You assume all risk associated with such use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any third-party terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any operational reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
