This Privacy Policy explains how GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GorongolyBOT service ("the Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and mobile phone number (both email and phone are required and verified during registration).
• Platform credentials: access tokens required to operate the Service on your behalf. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never displayed in clear.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Usage data: activity logs (offers, captures, notifications) needed to operate and audit the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your account and the Service.
• To send transactional SMS and voice notifications about offers, payments, and subscription status.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To provide customer support.

3. SMS Text Message Policy

This SMS Text Message Policy explains the practices of GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC (the "operator") for text messages sent in connection with the GorongolyBOT service.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: 1 to 5 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to resubscribe. This messaging program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers.

Message program

By providing your mobile phone number and verifying it with a one-time code during registration, and by checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages from GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC. These messages are transactional account notifications only — they include account access confirmations, payment confirmations, subscription expiration reminders, and offer alerts. No marketing, promotional, or advertising content is sent via SMS. SMS messages are delivered through our provider, Twilio.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity. You will typically receive: one verification message when you sign up, one confirmation message when a payment is processed, and one reminder message when your access is about to expire or has expired. No more than approximately 5 messages per month under normal account activity.

Opt-in and consent

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number at gorongolybot.com, verifying it with a one-time code sent via SMS, and explicitly checking the consent box agreeing to receive SMS from GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC. You must review these Terms and this Privacy Policy before checking the box. Your consent, including the timestamp and IP address, is recorded.

Opt-out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE to any message we send. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP. You may also remove your phone number in your account settings.

Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier for messages you receive. There are no premium charges associated with the messages we send. GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate (Stripe for payments, Twilio for messaging, our hosting provider) and only as necessary to provide the Service, or when required by law.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared, sold, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are used solely by GORONGOLYBOT DELIVERY LLC to deliver the transactional account notifications described in this policy, and are never shared with, sold to, or exchanged with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us; we will erase it except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of credentials, HTTPS for all traffic, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
